Voluntary Segregation

Here's a thought....

The historic case of Plessy vs. Ferguson was based off of the "Separate But Equal" ruling. Now there have been many noted activist who believed this could be best for people of color. So I say what if we were for segregation.? What if we created our own communities and schools, with professions for our people?

I was researching Marcus Garvey and he thought this was best for us, in uplifting our people. Now I am not being extreme and this isn't far fetching, I mean isn't this what certain groups of people do? For example don't Jews have a similar way of life. Don't they conduct themselves as such.

Now I am well aware of the adverse reactions and long term negative effects it could have on our youth but what about the benefits.

Media, TV etc with those that we relate to. Businesses, medical facilities, schools run by us for us. We control what is taught, the truth as oppose to lies. We can teach the truth about the "Wonderful Christopher Colombus" or our "Thankful Thanksgiving"...

I don't know... I was just wondering.....
